Founder and CEO - Graham Williams
Prior to founding AMBS in 2015 Graham provided leadership at four large financial institutions; EVP Lending at Shearson-American Express Mortgage, Director Mortgage Lending at Bank of America, CEO at ITT Residential Capital, and SVP-Global Risk Manager at GE Capital Mortgage. His start up experience includes three companies, one an independent mortgage bank, where he was President or CEO and the first employee. Graham earned an MBA in Finance while attending the University of Southern California and graduated, cum laude, from California Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Finance.
C.O.O. - Paul Breimayer
Paul’s mortgage industry experience includes quality control management at a large independent mortgage bank and CFO and then leader of the wholesale mortgage division of GMAC Mortgage. Prior to joining the mortgage industry, Paul spent 10 years in the audit practice of KPMG leaving as a Senior Manager. Paul earned a Masters degree in Accounting while attending the University of Arizona and graduated summa cum laude from Central Michigan University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
S.V.P. Business Development - Timothy McAvenia
At Flagstar Bank as a Regional Sales Manager, Tim was instrumental in the development and implementation of correspondent and warehouse lending programs. While the Western Region Manager at Nationstar Mortgage, Tim implemented metrics to grow production and profitability. As a Vice President at Torrey Pines Bank, Tim managed warehouse lending and specialty finance products related to residential mortgages. Tim earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
